Rajputana Rovers is a travel agency specializing in curated travel experiences across Rajasthan and other destinations in India, including tours, transportation, hotel bookings, and customized itineraries.
2. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
Final confirmation details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
3. Payment Policy
An advance payment is mandatory to confirm any tour or service.
The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour, as specified at the time of booking.
Payments once made are non-transferable.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp).
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the cancellation policy shared at the time of booking.
No refund will be provided for unused services, early departures, or no-shows.
Rajputana Rovers is not responsible for cancellations due to natural calamities, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Changes to Itinerary
Rajputana Rovers reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational reasons.
Any additional costs arising from changes will be borne by the traveler.
6. Travel Documents & Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for carrying valid ID proof, permits, and travel documents during the tour.
Rajputana Rovers will not be responsible for any issues arising due to incomplete or invalid documents.
7. Health, Safety & Conduct
Travelers must follow local laws, customs, and safety guidelines.
Rajputana Rovers is not liable for illness, injury, loss, theft, or accidents during the tour.
Any misconduct may result in termination of services without refund.
8. Liability Disclaimer
Rajputana Rovers acts only as a facilitator between clients and service providers (hotels, transport, guides, etc.).
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or deficiencies caused by third-party service providers.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
9. Use of Website
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Rajputana Rovers.
Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction of content is strictly prohibited.
10. Privacy Policy
